The device is in development, with availability expected in Q2–Q3 2027 as an estimate subject to testing. No order or deposit can be made through this website. A free founder reservation can be requested before orders open; it records a place in the founder queue and is not a purchase contract or guarantee of delivery. 02. Requesting development news
Use the homepage founder-reservation form to reserve your spot, or email the address above with “TUMBDA updates” in the subject. The form records a free founder reservation, assigns a reservation number and displays an aggregate reservation count. The separate email-app option prepares a draft and requires manual processing before it appears in that count. Neither method creates an account, takes payment, creates an order or guarantees delivery. If the button does not work, a direct email address remains visible.
To stop messages later, use the stop-updates page. Sending a request does not guarantee how often news will be available.
03. Privacy requests
Write from the address concerned where practical, put “Privacy request” in the subject, and explain whether you seek access, correction, deletion or an opt-out. We may need reasonable verification before disclosing correspondence. Do not send identity documents or wallet secrets in an initial message. See the privacy policy for data categories, providers, retention limitations and applicable choices.
04. Security reports
Put “Security report” in the subject and give a concise account of the affected URL, observation and time. Provide redacted evidence only. The security reporting page sets out testing boundaries and explains that ordinary email is not guaranteed to be confidential. There is no reward or response-time promise here.
05. Suspicious messages and impersonation
Send the lookalike URL or redacted message headers if someone asks you to pay merely to create the free founder reservation, connect a wallet, sign a transaction or disclose recovery information. Do not interact further with the suspicious destination. TUMBDA is not an exchange and does not provide a crypto buying, selling or trading service.
06. If an email link does not open
Open your usual mail application or webmail service, start a new message, and type [email protected] yourself. A mail link depends on your device settings; clicking one never sends a message without your own final action. If a message bounces or is not delivered, this site cannot treat it as a completed update, privacy or security request.
